Working alongside our Designers is our Manufacturing Department. Magus have the capacity to provide a competitive service in Conventional and Surface Mount Technologies for Magus designed boards as well as designs brought to us by our customers. 

This can encompass both PCB and product assembly, together with cable looms and panel wiring. 

Our highly skilled Assemblers are fully trained and experienced in Conventional and Surface Mount Technologies, working to ISO9000 and IPC-A-610 Standards.
                                

Our staff use the latest technologically advanced assembly equipment, including in-house designed laser guided PCB assembly stations.

Here at Magus we offer:

• Flow Wave Solder Machine
• Leaded and Lead free (RoHS compliant) hand soldering
• SMT Pick and Place Machine 
• Re-Flow Oven
• Cable Cutting and Stripping Machine
• The capacity to fulfil any order quantity, from small prototypes to high volume
• Full component procurement if required or simply use your own free-issue kit
• Our Engineering Department are on hand to provide full support, test and programming facilities if necessary
• We can now offer the fitment of BGA chips to IPC-A-610D class 2, IPC-7711/21,J-STD-033B all in a full ESD environment to CEI IEC 61340-5-1.
